Interleukin-12 is a heterodimeric pro-inflammatory cytokine that bridges innate and adaptive immunity by driving Th1 cell differentiation and enhancing NK cell cytotoxicity. It is a master regulator of cell-mediated immunity against intracellular pathogens and tumors. Recombinant Human IL-12 Protein (Y04001) is expressed from mammalian cells. It contains P40(Ile 23-Ser 328) and P35(Arg 23-Ser 219) subunits,which linked by GS-linker (GSGSSRGGSGSGGSGGGGSK) (Accession # P29459 & P29460), and is widely used in advanced cell culture, immunology research, and cancer immunotherapy development.
