Interleukin-10, also known as IL-10 or cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor, is a homodimeric cytokine that signals through a heterotetrameric receptor complex composed of IL-10R1 and IL-10R2 subunits, activating JAK1/TYK2-dependent STAT3 signaling.
