General description
Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor is a heparin-binding growth factor essential for maintaining pluripotency in stem cells, promoting proliferation of fibroblasts and endothelial cells, and supporting neural progenitor expansion. It is one of the most widely used growth factors in cell culture applications. Recombinant Human bFGF Protein (Y00351H) is expressed from E. coli cells. It contains AA Pro143-Ser288 (Accession # P09038-4), and is widely used in advanced cell culture, stem cell research, and developmental biology.
