Interleukin-12 is a heterodimeric pro-inflammatory cytokine that bridges innate and adaptive immunity by driving Th1 cell differentiation and enhancing NK cell cytotoxicity. It is a master regulator of cell-mediated immunity against intracellular pathogens and tumors. Recombinant Human IL-12 Protein (Y04001) is expressed from mammalian cells.
