General description
Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1 (TGF-β1) is a multifunctional cytokine that regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and immune responses. It plays a central role in tissue fibrosis, wound healing, and immune tolerance. Recombinant Bovine TGF-β1 Protein (Y04201B) is expressed from mammalian cells. It contains AA Ala 279 - Ser 390 (Accession # P18341), and is widely used in cell agriculture, developmental biology, and veterinary biotechnology.

Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1 (TGF-β1), also known as TGFB1 or DPD1, is the founding member of the TGF-β superfamily.
