M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase

M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase is a genetically engineered variant derived from M-MuLV (RNase H–) through expression and purification, exhibiting enhanced thermostability compared to the original M-MuLV (RNase H–). This enzyme enables first-strand cDNA synthesis under high-temperature conditions (50–60°C), which facilitates the denaturation of complex RNA secondary structures. With an optimal reaction temperature of 55°C, it demonstrates superior thermostability, high sensitivity, excellent specificity, and robust polymerization activity.

M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase (Glycerol-free) is fully devoid of glycerol, combining the lyophilization feasibility with the high performance and stability of glycerol-containing reverse transcriptases. This product contains no excipients, allowing customers to customize additive formulations according to their experimental requirements.
