Anti-Taq DNA Polymerase Antibody(Glycerol-free)

Anti-Taq DNA Polymerase Antibody is a monoclonal antibody against Taq DNA polymerase, designed for hot-start PCR technology. Upon binding to Taq DNA polymerase, it inhibits the DNA polymerase activity at low temperatures. This effectively suppresses non-specific primer annealing and non-specific amplification caused by primer dimers under low-temperature conditions.

Anti-Taq DNA Polymerase Antibody is denatured during the initial DNA denaturation step of the PCR reaction, allowing recovery of DNA polymerase activity and thereby achieving the hot-start PCR effect. No special inactivation treatment for the antibody is required when using this product; it can be used under conventional PCR reaction conditions. 

Furthermore, this preparation utilizes a completely glycerol-free storage system and contains no excipients, allowing customers to customize formulation as required.
