Murine RNase Inhibitor (Glycerol-free)

Murine RNase Inhibitor is a recombinant E. coli-expressed murine ribonuclease inhibitor. It binds non-competitively at a 1:1 ratio to RNases A, B, and C, protecting RNA from degradation, but does not inhibit RNase 1, RNase T1, S1 nuclease, RNase H, or RNase from Aspergillus sp. Additionally, this product exhibits excellent thermal stability and is compatible with various commercial reverse transcriptases, DNA/RNA polymerases, capping enzymes, etc., making it suitable for experiments such as first-strand cDNA synthesis, polysome isolation, in vitro transcription, and in vitro cell-free translation systems.

Compared to human RNase inhibitor, this product lacks the two oxidation-sensitive cysteines present in the human protein, resulting in higher antioxidant activity. It is therefore better suited for experiments sensitive to high concentrations of DTT, such as qPCR.

Murine RNase Inhibitor (Glycerol-free) is completely devoid of glycerol, combining the feasibility of lyophilization with the excellent performance and stability of the glycerol-containing RNase Inhibitor. This product contains no excipients, allowing customers to customize formulation as required.
