This kit provides the reagents required for nucleic acid isothermal amplification, featuring high sensitivity and strong specificity. The initial preparation time is short, and the reaction temperature (37-42℃) is easy to achieve. Exponential amplification can be completed within 20 minutes. It is suitable for RNA templates, with a minimum detection limit of 10-100 copies per reaction.
